Role Description

We’re seeking a creative and driven Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team full-time on-site. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand’s voice, generating new business leads, managing content across platforms, and organizing events that build community and visibility.

This position follows a 5-day work week and includes one weekend day to support marketing activations and events.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand reach and engagement

✔ Manage and grow our social media channels with creative, on-brand content

✔ Plan and execute events, workshops, and campaigns to attract and engage clients

✔ Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue

✔ Create visuals and marketing collaterals using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

✔ Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and influencers

✔ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning

✔ Support customer engagement and follow-up communications

Qualifications:

✔ Skilled in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

✔ Strong communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills

✔ Confident in event planning and managing community-based activities

✔ Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting

✔ Account management or partnership experience is a plus

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
