Marketing & Communications Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the growth of our e-commerce business by engaging content that strengthens our brand presence. Job Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Brand Communication

• Create engaging digital content including videos, graphics, and promotional materials.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.

• Develop and manage marketing collaterals including brochures, posters, merchandising, and digital assets.

• Support marketing initiatives such as product launches, campaigns, and promotional events.
  

2. E-Commerce Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies aligned with company business objectives.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

• Plan and execute online campaigns to drive traAic, conversions, and sales.
  

3. Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Plan and manage social media content calendars across multiple platforms.

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertisements.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimise using tools such as Google Analytics

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.

• Positive attitude with strong initiative and willingness to learn.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics and social media monitoring tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience managing e-commerce platforms or online stores is preferred.

• Working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva & Capcut
