Marketing & Design Executive

We are looking for a versatile Marketing & Design Executive to join our team. This role supports 2entities – a professional services firm and a trading company specialising in designer flooring and interior materials. You will lead website management, digital presence, and design high-quality print and digital marketing materials across both entities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and refresh hardcopy marketing collaterals such as corporate brochures, marketing inserts and other print collaterals to a professional, polished standard.
• Design, build and maintain the websites, including layout, content updates, and ongoing improvements to design and user experience.
• Manage social media presence, creating and posting content regularly.
• Design infographics and other visual content to showcase our products and educate customers on product features.
• Identify suitable platforms for selling pre-loved items and old stock and provide direction to the sales support team to list and manage these sales.
• Monitor performance metrics for the websites and social media platforms and suggest improvements where useful.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or degree in Web Design/Development, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in website design/development (e.g. WordPress) and graphic design.
• Demonstrated portfolio of website builds and graphic design work (e.g. brochures, print collaterals, social media graphics).
• Proficient in Canva, and familiar with other design tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining websites on WordPress (or equivalent CMS), including page layout, content updates and basic plugin/theme configuration. Working knowledge of SEO principles is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across two organisations with strong attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, resourceful and proactive — someone who takes initiative without needing constant direction.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and design, with an appreciation for brand storytelling.
