Marketing & Growth Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the academy's social media channels and online presence.
• Capture and coordinate content from lessons, events and academy activities.
• Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Support lead generation across junior, ladies, beginner and corporate programs.
• Follow up enquiries and assist with converting leads into trial lessons and programs.
• Maintain and update academy websites and landing pages.
• Support academy events, activations and promotional initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• Experience in marketing, social media or a related role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with website management and digital advertising.
