Marketing & Sales Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive Marketingand Sales Assistant to support both our marketing and sales divisions forFMCG industry. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative brandpromotion and smooth operational execution. You will assist in planningmarketing campaigns, creating engaging visual content, coordinating with mediapartners, and handling essential sales documentation and logisticscoordination.

The ideal candidate is a master multitasker who possesses a blend ofcreative flair and sharp attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Content Support

• Promotion Calendar Management: Assist the marketing team in brainstorming, planning, and maintaining the annual and monthly promotional calendars.
• Video & Content Creation: Shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content and basic graphics for social media platforms and promotional usage.
• Media & PR Coordination: Act as a point of contact for media partners, influencers, and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and press releases.

2. Sales Administration

• Documentation: Handle the accurate preparation, issuance, and filing of sales documentation, including Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and Invoices.
• Order Tracking: Update sales databases and ensure all transactions are documented and processed efficiently.

3. Operations & Logistics Coordination

• Client & Factory Liaison: Serve as a key communication bridge between clients, the production factory, and internal teams to ensure product specifications and order volumes are aligned.
• Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the logistics team and external freight/delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods to clients.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively track orders and assist in resolving any delivery delays or client inquiries.

4. Any other assigned work

Job Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a marketing assistant, sales support, or operations coordination role (FMCG industry experience is a plus).
• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere).

  Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel) and basic invoicing/ERP software.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships across clients, factories, and logistics teams.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
