Noble Canine Oasis is looking for a creative, organised and hands-on Marketing & Social Media Specialist to support theBrand & Marketing Manager across day-to-day marketing, content creation, social media, campaign planning and brand communication.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys social media, content planning, storytelling and working in a real service environment. It is not a purely desk-based role. The successful candidate will spend time in the facility capturing content, observing the work of the team, understanding the client experience, and helping us communicate what makes Noble Canine Oasis different.
The role will involve a mix of creative, strategic and practical tasks. You will support the development of marketing ideas, help plan and capture content, keep track of relevant trends and current events, and assist with wider marketing projects as needed.
In simple terms, this role is about helping us show what Noble Canine Oasis does, why it matters, and how our approach is different.
The purpose of this role is to help bring the Noble Canine Oasis brand to life across social media, digital channels, client communications and in-facility marketing.
The role supports the Brand & MarketingManager by helping to:
· Plan and create engaging content.
· Capture the day-to-day life of the facility.
· Support marketing campaigns and service promotions.
· Keep the brand visible, consistent and relevant.
· Identify useful trends, conversations and content opportunities.
· Help turn business activity into clear, useful and engaging marketing.
· Support the planning and scheduling of social media content.
· Capture photo and video content within the facility.
· Create content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Stories, Reels and other relevant channels.
· Help develop content ideas that reflect the brand, services, team and client experience.
· Assist with editing short-form videos, captions, basic graphics and post layouts.
· Capture content around Daycare, Training, Grooming, Hydro-pool, Retail, Events, Puppy Classes and behind-the-scenes activity.
· Organise and maintain photo and video assets for future use.
· Help ensure content feels consistent with the brand: calm, professional, warm, playful and welfare-led.
· Assist the Brand &Marketing Manager with campaign planning and execution.
· Support marketing activity for key services, offers, events and business priorities.
· Help prepare content plans, campaign ideas, shot lists and simple production briefs.
· Assist with service spotlights, educational posts, retail promotions, event marketing and community campaigns.
· Support the creation of marketing materials such as posters, flyers, vouchers, signage, handouts and digital graphics.
· Help update basic website content, listings or digital materials where required.
· Assist with campaign tracking, including engagement, enquiries and content performance.
Keep abreast of current events, trends and conversations relevant to:
· Singapore dog owners.
· Pet care and canine wellbeing.
· Dog-friendly spaces.
· Dog behaviour and training.
· Local community topics.
· Competitor activity.
· Social media formats and platform trends.
· Identify timely opportunities for Noble Canine Oasis to join relevant conversations.
· Share useful observations, content ideas and potential risks with the Brand & Marketing Manager.
· Monitor audience comments, messages and engagement themes, escalating anything sensitive or commercially important.
· Help maintain a consistent tone of voice across marketing and client-facing content.
· Assist with writing and proofreading captions, posts, FAQs, service explainers and short client updates.
· Support the creation of educational content that is clear, accessible and non-judgemental.
· Help communicate the value of Noble Canine Oasis in a way that feels warm, professional and easy tounderstand.
· Support storytelling around the team, dogs, clients, services, facility improvements and brand values.
This role will also include practical support for wider marketing and business activity. This may include:
· Helping prepare for events, workshops, open days and campaign launches.
· Supporting retail displays and in-facility promotional materials.
· Coordinating with team members to arrange content capture.
· Helping manage content permissions and consent where needed.
· Supporting the organisation of marketing files, assets and planning documents.
· Assisting with ad hoc projects linked to brand, client experience, community engagement or business development.
A typical week may include:
· Filming enrichment activities, training moments, grooming, hydro sessions or facility updates.
· Drafting captions for upcoming social media posts.
· Preparing a simple weekly content plan for review.
· Editing short videos or Stories.
· Capturing behind-the-scenes content of the team at work.
· Researching local dog-related trends or current events.
· Helping prepare a service campaign or retail promotion.
· Turning a client FAQ into asocial media post.
· Organising content folders and selecting usable clips.
· Reviewing social media engagement and suggesting future content ideas.
· Experience or strong interest in marketing, social media, content creation or communications.
· Good writing skills and attention to detail.
· Comfortable capturing photo and video content.
· Basic editing ability for short-form video and social media content.
· Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
· Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar.
· Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
· Comfortable working around dogs.
· Able to take direction, ask sensible questions and work collaboratively.
· Good judgement around brand reputation, client privacy and sensitive content.
· Experience in the pet, lifestyle, wellness, hospitality, retail, education or service industry.
· Interest in dog behaviour, canine wellbeing or positive reinforcement.
· Experience supporting campaigns, events or community activity.
· Basic understanding of social media analytics.
· Experience with email marketing, website updates or Meta Business Suite.

The successful candidate will be expected to support the Brand & Marketing Manager across content creation, campaign planning, marketing coordination, trend monitoring and practical brand support. The role requires someone who is happy to be hands-on, flexible and involved in the real day-to-day environment of the business.
