我们现正招聘一位细心、具执行力的行政助理，协助公司日常运作与项目支持。此岗位适合具相关经验人士，欢迎年长者申请。
岗位职责：
负责日常行政事务处理，包括数据录入、文件整理及系统资料更新；协助搜寻及对比供应商报价，并进行沟通与跟进；协调项目进度，提醒相关人员确保按时完成；支援市场推广与活动筹备工作，如场地安排、嘉宾联系等；同时负责内部团队与外部供应商之间的沟通协调；熟练运用Word、Excel处理文档及基础数据分析。
任职要求：
具备相关行政工作经验（必须）；具良好中文书写能力，能独立撰写策划书、报告及新闻稿；具备基本英文沟通能力；熟练操作Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）；工作细致、有责任感，具良好沟通与协调能力；有相关经验者优先考虑，欢迎年长者及中国籍申请者。
