MARKETING ASSISTANT

We are looking for a zealous Marketing Assistant to support the Marketingdepartment of our company in its primary and administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

·      Undertakedaily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of thedepartment’s activities

·      Supportmarketing executives in organizing various projects

·      Conductmarket research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires

·      Employmarketing analytics techniques to gather important data

·      Updatespreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial andnon-financial information

·      Assist inthe organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns andattend them to facilitate their success

·      Prepareand deliver promotional presentations

·      Composeand post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts

·      Writemarketing literature to augment the company’s presence in the market

·      Communicatedirectly with clients and encourage trusting relationships

Qualifications:

·      Proven experience as a marketing assistant

·      Good understanding of office management andmarketing principles

·      Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere todeadlines

·      Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

·      Good knowledge of market research techniques anddatabases

·      Excellent knowledge of MS Office
