Job Type: 6-month contract
Nearest MRT Station: Redhill MRT
Salary: $2,760 (Diploma-holder) – $3,340 (Degree-holder) per month
Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Job Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support content creation, campaign coordination, and engagement activities across outreach initiatives. The role combines creative content work with hands-on coordination and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and adapt marketing content such as EDMs, newsletters, social media posts, presentations, infographics, and other collaterals
• Support campaign execution and work with external agencies and vendors on content and production deliverables
• Assist in planning and coordinating engagement events and outreach activities
• Provide on-ground support for event execution, including logistics coordination where needed
• Handle administrative support including scheduling, meeting coordination, note-taking, and follow-ups

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Experience in marketing, content creation, events, or administrative/project coordination is an advantage
• Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, or similar tools is a plus
