We work with SMEs , pharma & healthcare brands, media and technology startups —delivering therapy-led campaigns, Fractional CMO services, and digital strategy. We also operate Connected Health Pro (CHP), a proprietary B2B healthplatform connecting pharma companies with healthcare professionals throughcompliant, education-first engagement.
THE ROLE

A multi-disciplinary associate role working directly with our leadership across business development, client servicing, marketing operations, and social media content creation. You will be client-facing, involved in real business conversations from day one, andexpected to contribute — not just support.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Business Development ·
· Research and identify prospects across Singapore and Southeast Asia — pharma,health-tech, wellness, aesthetics, media
· Conduct structured LinkedIn and email outreach; maintain the BD CRM with every lead logged and updated
· Preparepitch decks, capability materials and proposal support documents
· Attend client meetings and networking events; generate 2–3 qualified meetings permonth from Month 2
Client Servicing & AccountManagement ·
· Manage scheduling, agendas and follow-ups for all active Singapore accounts
· Prepare monthly reports and liaise between SG clients and the India delivery team ontimelines and feedback
· Onboard new clients and ensure all communication is responded to within 4 business hours
Social Media & ContentCreation ·
· Createshort-form video content for LinkedIn and Instagram — Reels, thought-leadershipclips, event highlights
· Script,film and edit using mobile tools (CapCut, InShot or equivalent and AI platforms); post 3× perweek minimum
· Write captions, LinkedIn posts and articles in The Brandwagon's brand voice; design basic graphics in Canva / AI tools ( Claude / Chatgpt etc)
· Track monthly performance metrics and share a concise summary
Strategic Operations ·
· Document SOPs for recurring processes; manage calendar, correspondence and entity admin
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident — mandatory
· Diplomaor Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or related field
· Confident,professional communicator in English — written and verbal; client-facingcapable
· Comfortable creating short-form video content on mobile — CapCut, Reels, InShot or similar (AI savy preferred)
· LinkedIn-active;organised, proactive, detail-oriented
· Priorinternship or work experience in marketing, agency or healthcare is a plus —not a requirement
· Self-starter in a startup environment: you act before being asked, you communicateproactively
