Marketing Communications Executive

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Marketing Communications Executive to support the company's marketing, branding, and business development initiatives. The role involves developing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and supporting the promotion of catering and event services.

This position requires strong communication and organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering high-quality marketing and customer engagement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness and drive business growth.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, websites, and other online channels.
• Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, promotional materials, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence and online reputation.
• Liaise with clients to understand their catering and event requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with operations teams, event crews, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support business development activities by identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Organise and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance and prepare reports for management.
• Assist management in achieving company sales and marketing objectives.
• Attend and support event operations when required.
• Able to work overtime and early shifts.
• Able to work on Weekend, Public Holidays.
• Able to in pressure environment, and under the sun.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related education.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Event Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in catering, hospitality, event management, or F&B industry will be highly advantageous.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to effectively communicate with English- and Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and staff.
• Strong knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising.
• Proven experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and marketing tools.
• Experience in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design software is preferred.
• Strong copywriting, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and work under tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Resourceful, proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work beyond normal office hours, including weekends and public holidays when required for events.
