Job Summary

The Marketing Communications Executive promotes Innotec's security solutions through digital marketing, content creation, branding, and sales support. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms to enhance online presence and engagement
• Create marketing content including brochures, product flyers, EDMs, and presentations to support brand messaging and sales efforts
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate qualified sales leads for security products such as CCTV, Access Control, Visitor Management, and AI Solutions
• Coordinate logistics and communications for exhibitions, customer events, and product launches to maximize brand exposure
• Collaborate with the sales team by providing tailored marketing materials and proposal presentations to support client acquisition
• Maintain consistent company branding across all communication channels to strengthen brand identity
• Liaise with vendors to manage printing, advertising, and promotional materials ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Monitor marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and recommend improvements to optimize results
• Assist in promoting the company’s in-house AI software and security solutions through targeted marketing initiatives

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or other related field
• Proficient writing and communication skills demonstrated through content creation and marketing communications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) for marketing material development
• Experience managing social media and website content to drive engagement and brand awareness
• Ability to work independently with creativity and proactivity to meet marketing objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the security systems or technology industry to better understand product offerings and market needs
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing techniques, SEO, and video editing to enhance campaign effectiveness
