Marketing Coordinator Full Time

You will work closely with our part time content creator and report to senior management for monthly / quarterly direction. This is a hands-on coordination role, ideal for someone who is great at planning, loves social media, and wants to grow within a fitness and wellness brand.

Job scope:

• Own and manage the monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and the clinic blog

• Brief and coordinate our content creator on filming schedules, topics, and deliverables

• Schedule and publish all social media posts, stories, and reels

• Liaise with our SEO retainer to ensure content supports search objectives

• Monitor and report on social media performance: reach, engagement, and patient enquiry conversions

• Coordinate seasonal campaigns, promotions, and awareness month content

• Support patient acquisition efforts with content that speaks to individual patients

• Translate quarterly marketing direction from senior management into an actionable content plan

Who we are looking for:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a marketing, social media, or content coordination role (fresh grads with strong portfolios welcome)

• Comfortable managing content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

• Highly organised 

• Good spoken and written command of English

• Basic understanding of social media analytics and what good engagement looks like

• A genuine interest in health, wellness, or sports is a strong plus

• Experience with Canva, Later or similar scheduling platforms is an advantage

What we offer

• Probational Salary 6 months: SGD 2,800 to 3,500 per month depending on experience 

• 5 day work week, Monday to Friday

Hours & structure

Full-time, on-site. Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm 

Occasional flexibility may be required for campaign launches or content shoots.

Please note this is a full-time, permanent in-house position. We are not looking for agencies, freelancers, or contract arrangements.
