Marketing Events Internship

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Duties:

• Develop digital campaigns to increase interaction and engagement on social media platforms to create brand awareness,enhance social media presence and increase employment awareness.
• Propose new marketing ideas for reaching out more new potential customers.
• Source and scout for location and props for photo shoots for special events or any festive season.
• Responsible to take, edit and upload photos and videos to our official social medial platforms.
• Responsible for writing up contents for public release and our official social media platforms.
• Create and manage all social media platforms include: Facebook, Instagram, Website and advertising campaigns.
• Manage and update company websites and website enquiries.
• Monitor current market conditions as well as competitors' information to improve effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Reaching out to current datebase of customers to keep them updated on current promotions.
• Provide monthly reports to Management on progress of current campaigns.
• Perform any other administrative and marketing duties as per assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Journalism, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least one year working experience in related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Knowledgeable in professional photography is advantageous.
• Social Media posting experience with some content writing is preferred.
• Strong communication and written skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with English & Mandarin speaking clients.
• Effective interpersonal skills and well-organised.
• A team player and ability to work independently without supervision.
• Possess analytical skills and willing to take new challenges.
• Willingness to travel within Singapore as per job duties required.

Working Hours:

8.30am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)
