Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support and execute our marketing function with cross-entity exposure across the GB Helios Group of Companies. This role is built for those who enjoy connecting with diverse businesses, working across a group marketing function, and having real stakes in ongoing business operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Marketing execution across campaigns, content, and collateral
• Manage timelines, assets, and deliverables across marketing channels and campaigns
• Support brand and marketing strategy development, from copywriting and CTAs through to execution
• Manage and work with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies where relevant
• Manage and monitor marketing and social media channels
• Digital Advertising: Paid ads management, optimisation, and performance reporting
• Web & E-commerce: Content management, page updates, promotions, monitoring, and SEO
• Events: Support event deployments to meet marketing objectives, including partnership management and on-ground coverage

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years of marketing experience; background in fitness, wellness, e-commerce, digital advertising, or social media is an advantage
• Proficient in at least one graphic design tool (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) with openness to picking up new ones
• Organised and self-directed, able to prioritise tasks and take ownership of deliverables
• Able to align marketing objectives to execution, and liaise effectively across internal teams and external partners and vendors
