Do you have a knack for creating engaging content or a passion for storytelling that builds meaningful connections? As the Executive, Marcom, you will be at the heart of shaping our Club’s brand and voice. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail will be essential as you develop compelling campaigns, manage our digital platforms, and drive the Club’s marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing and Communications Strategy:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns that align with the Club’s goals.
• Manage and update the Club’s website and digital platforms.
• Enhance brand awareness and foster member relationships through communication and feedback management.

Communications, Social Media, and Content Creation:

• Develop content for newsletters, social media, websites, and other marketing materials.
• Conduct interviews with members and staff to create engaging content.
• Collaborate with the design team for high-quality visuals.
• Analyse social media metrics, optimise content, and engage with the audience.

Website Management and Optimisation:

• Ensure website content is accurate and user-friendly.
• Optimise website for SEO to improve visibility and traffic.
• Track performance metrics and enhance user experience.

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

• Assist in creating marketing strategies and conducting market research.
• Help manage marketing budgets and track ROI.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for campaigns and promotions.

Feedback Management and Stakeholder Engagement:

• Respond to member feedback and inquiries across channels.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve concerns and implement solutions.
• Prepare materials for the Marketing Communications Sub-Committee meetings and take minutes.

Requirements:

• Degree in English, Communications, PR, Journalism, or Marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to conceptualise, develop, and execute marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (preferred).
• Experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Positive, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
