Marketing Executive

Basic information: 

• Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Basic UP $4000
• Location: Ubi

Job Scope: 

• Plan and manage social media content calendars to support brand awareness and product promotion.
• Create, publish, and optimise digital content to improve engagement and reach.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to interactions, and redirect enquiries to relevant teams.
• Analyse performance data to improve content strategy and engagement outcomes.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and support execution of regional and global initiatives.
• Assist in planning and execution of marketing events in line with brand guidelines.
• Source and manage marketing materials, including promotional items and collateral.
• Handle vendor coordination, quotations, and delivery to ensure cost efficiency and timely execution.
• Ensure consistent application of corporate branding across all channels and act as brand custodian.
• Provide guidance on brand usage to internal teams and external partners.

Additional Information: 

• Background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or marketing communications.
• Experience using social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) and basic analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to prioritise work independently while meeting objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborative team player with experience working across diverse cultures and time zones.
