Marketing Executive

CASAWAVE Furniture is a Singapore-based custom furniture and renovation company, focusing on customised cabinets, kitchen systems, wardrobes, feature walls, doors, wall panels, bathroom vanities and full-home renovation solutions.

We are looking for a bilingual Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Specialist to help us grow our online presence and generate quality leads through social media, Google, Instagram and other digital platforms.

This role is suitable for someone who understands both Chinese and English-speaking audiences, is familiar with social media trends, and is willing to learn about home renovation, custom furniture and customer conversion.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage digital marketing content for Instagram, Google, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu or other platforms.
• Create content ideas based on our showroom products, project cases, materials, renovation knowledge and customer pain points.
• Work with the design, sales and project teams to collect project photos, videos and product information.
• Organise and publish marketing content regularly.
• Write bilingual captions, ad copy, promotion messages and customer-facing content.
• Assist in Google Ads, Instagram Ads and other paid marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, enquiries, leads and conversion results.
• Follow up with online enquiries and support customer conversion through WhatsApp, phone or showroom appointment booking.
• Help build brand image for CASAWAVE as a professional custom furniture and renovation company.
• Analyse competitor content, market trends and customer interests.
• Support promotional campaigns, showroom events, product launches and seasonal marketing activities.

Requirements

• Able to communicate and write in both English and Mandarin, as the role requires handling English and Mandarin content, customers and internal communication.
• Interested in digital marketing, social media, content creation and customer conversion.
• Familiar with Instagram, Google, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO or lead generation is preferred.
• Good writing ability and content planning sense.
• Able to understand customer needs and turn product advantages into attractive marketing content.
• Responsible, honest, proactive, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills and able to work with designers, sales staff and project teams.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience are welcome to apply.

Preferred

• Experience in renovation, interior design, furniture, home living, property or lifestyle marketing.
• Familiar with Chinese social media and English social media content styles.
• Experience handling customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram DM or website leads.
• Basic photo/video editing skills are a plus.
• Candidates with China market, Chinese social media or bilingual content background are welcome.
