Marketing Executive

Lagun Sari Singapore is looking for a creative and hands-on Marketing Executive to support the marketing of our wedding, events, and catering businesses.

The role covers social media management, content creation, design work, short-form video production, and digital campaign support. Strong TikTok and Instagram Reels skills are important. Experience managing Meta Ads is an advantage but not compulsory.

Responsibilities

* Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.

* Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.

* Conceptualise, film, edit, and publish TikTok videos and Instagram Reels.

* Create content for weddings, events, food, promotions, showcases, and behind-the-scenes stories.

* Write captions, scripts, promotional copy, and calls to action.

* Design social media posts, advertisements, posters, menus, and simple marketing materials.

* Support digital campaigns, promotions, showcases, and lead-generation activities.

* Monitor social media and campaign performance.

* Work closely with management, sales, operations, vendors, and external partners.

* Attend selected events, photoshoots, and content shoots when required.

Requirements

* Strong TikTok and short-form video creation skills.

* Confident in filming, editing, scripting, hooks, captions, trends, and storytelling.

* Proficient in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar video-editing software.

* Proficient in Canva.

* Good writing, visual, and organisational skills.

* Able to manage multiple projects independently in an SME environment.

Good to Have

* Experience managing Meta Ads through Meta Ads Manager.

* Knowledge of lead generation, audience targeting, retargeting, budgets, and campaign performance.

* Adobe Illustrator proficiency.

* Basic photography and videography skills.

* Experience in weddings, events, hospitality, catering, food and beverage, or lifestyle brands.
