What You'll Be Doing:

✨ Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

✨ Run Google Ads & TikTok campaigns

✨ Generate quality leads & maximize ROAS

✨ Monitor campaign performance & optimize results

✨ Create landing pages & lead forms

✨ Work with creatives on videos & ad content

✨ Analyze data, prepare reports & identify growth opportunities

✨ Support SEO, EDM & website updates

We're Looking For:

✅ 3–5 years of Digital/Performance Marketing experience

✅ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager

✅ Familiar with Google Ads & Google Analytics

✅ Data-driven with strong analytical skills

✅ Experience in lead generation & performance marketing

🌟 Beauty, aesthetics or retail industry experience is a bonus!
