Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and daily operational initiatives.

• Create, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns across both online and offline channels.

• Liaise with appointed social media agencies on content calendars, campaign schedules, content submissions, and approval processes.

• Monitor social media platforms, including engagement, comments, and community feedback, and escalate relevant issues or opportunities when necessary.

• Track social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging lifestyle/content trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

• Plan, coordinate, and support overseas exhibitions, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.

• Work closely with overseas partners and distributors to support marketing initiatives and brand development activities.

• Conduct market research, sales performance analysis, and identify emerging market trends to support business growth.

• Prepare and present monthly social media and marketing performance reports to management.

• Assist in the development of marketing materials, product launches, and promotional activities.

• Support the maintenance of company websites, digital platforms, and marketing databases where required.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Good command of English and other languages would be an advantage, as the role requires communication and coordination with overseas business partners.

• Good understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and online community engagement.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing and able to travel overseas as required for exhibitions, and other business-related activities.
