Responsibilities:
Marketing Communications
Conceptualise and rollout comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns aimed at boosting footfall and driving sales across TANGS physical stores and online platforms.
Coordinate and execute campaign deliverables such as creative assets, copy, activation logistics, and timelines.
Serve as the primary marketing strategist for the concepts and segment, ensuring targeted and effective marketing initiatives tailored to specific customer segments.
Tracking and analysis of results and insights in digital marketing, social media, and in-store promotions and activations to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Help manage campaign calendars and track timelines, deliverables, and execution statuses of the various touchpoints.
Provide assistance in tracking campaign results and compiling reports for performance review.
Organise and align integrated marketing functions (marketing, social media, CRM) in the execution of key festive campaigns to drive common objectives and goals.
Maintain and promote a smooth workflow with internal business stakeholders such as Merchandising and E-commerce to execute marketing activities and communications that achieve business and brand objectives.
Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to support execution when needed.
Take charge of and provide assistance in executing designated business enhancement projects.
CRM & Loyalty Marketing
Support the execution of TANGS Rewards loyalty initiatives, member promotions and engagement campaigns.
Assist in the management of loyalty programme mechanics, member benefits and campaign fulfilment.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation of loyalty initiatives.
Support member acquisition, retention and engagement activities through various marketing channels.
Execute member communications across eDM, SMS, Push Notifications and App channels.
Support campaign setup, audience segmentation, scheduling and deployment activities.
Perform quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy of campaign content, links, targeting and tracking.
Maintain CRM communication calendars, campaign trackers and deployment schedules.
Coordinate with CRM vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely campaign execution.
Compile and maintain CRM and loyalty campaign reports.
Track key performance indicators including member acquisition, engagement, sales contribution and campaign performance.
Assist in analysing customer behaviour and campaign results to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
Support the preparation of post-campaign reviews and presentations.
Requirements, Skills & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
2 - 3 years of experience in consumer marketing and campaign management.
Experience in retail, lifestyle or loyalty marketing will be advantageous.
Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
