$2,800 - 3,500 monthly

Job Description - Marketing Executive

Purposeof the Job:

To support the planning and execution of corporate communications, media relations, branding, digital marketing and public engagement initiatives that enhance the organisation's image, increase public awareness, and strengthen relationships with stakeholders. The role also supports content development, media enquiries, digital transformation projects and the promotion of the organisation's services, programmes and social impact.

Key responsibility areas:

Corporate Communications

  • Manage and update corporate information across digital platforms including the corporate website, social media channels, intranet and employee communications.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies tonpromote the organisation's mission, programmes and services.
  • Plan, draft and review corporate communication materials including press releases, corporate statements, speeches, presentations, newsletters, annual reports and briefing papers.
  • Coordinate responses to media enquiries and work with management to ensure timely and accurate communications.
  • Ensure consistency of the organisation's corporate identity and branding across all communication materials.

Media & Public Relations

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with media organisations, community partners and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate media interviews, press events and publicity opportunities.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare media reports for management.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the organisation's public profile through various media platforms.

Digital Marketing & Content Management

  • Develop and manage content calendars for the organisation's social media platforms.
  • Create engaging digital content including articles, social media posts, graphics, videos and other multimedia materials.
  • Assist in the production of corporate videos, podcasts and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor digital marketing performance and prepare analytics reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Support search engine optimisation (SEO) and website content updates where applicable.

Branding& Marketing

  • Support the planning and execution of branding, awareness and marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with the organisation's branding guidelines.
  • Coordinate the design, production and distribution of promotional materials, publications and corporate gifts.
  • Manage award timelines and submissions for organisational recognition programmes.

Digital Transformation

  • Support the planning, promotion and execution of corporate events, fundraising activities, community outreach programmes and public education campaigns.
  • Coordinate event publicity before, during and after events.
  • Liaise with vendors, photographers, videographers and other service providers for marketing-related projects.
  • Work closely with internal departments to gather information and develop impactful stories highlighting beneficiaries, volunteers, donors and organisational achievements.

Events & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support digital transformation initiatives related to communications, marketing automation and digital engagement.
  • Assist in evaluating and implementing digital communication tools to improve operational efficiency and stakeholder engagement.

Others

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director/Management.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications,Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media or related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–2 years' relevant experience in corporate communications, marketing, media or public relations.
  • Experience in the social service, healthcare or non-profit sector will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with social media management tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design software will be an advantage.
  • Basic photography and videography skills will be an advantage.

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
  • Creative with an eye for visual communications and branding.
  • Good organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret digital marketing and social media analytics.
