Job Summary

Join NetFarmer’s delivery team as a client-facing marketing professional executing digital campaigns and guiding clients through HubSpot onboarding and training. This role suits those passionate about CRM, marketing execution, and confident client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute inbound marketing campaigns using HubSpot Marketing Hub tools including email, landing pages, workflows, CTAs, and forms to drive client engagement
  • Build and manage lead nurturing sequences and segment audiences to optimize campaign effectiveness
  • Support clients with content marketing, social media scheduling, and generate campaign performance reports with actionable insights
  • Monitor campaign metrics and deliver clear, data-driven reports to clients for informed decision-making
  • Guide new clients through HubSpot portal setup, including CRM structure, pipelines, user permissions, and dashboards to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Conduct onboarding training sessions (1-on-1 or group) to enable client teams to adopt HubSpot confidently and independently
  • Document standard operating procedures and create customized training materials aligned with client workflows
  • Support data migration tasks such as list imports and property mapping during client onboarding to maintain data integrity
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, managing relationships and expectations
  • Run regular client check-ins and project update meetings to ensure alignment and progress toward goals
  • Coordinate internally with technical and strategy teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives
  • Manage multiple client projects independently while maintaining high-quality standards and timelines

Required competencies and certifications

  • 1–3 years of experience executing digital marketing campaigns in agency or B2B settings
  • Hands-on experience running at least two types of campaigns among email, social media, paid ads, or content marketing
  • Native-level English communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in client presentations
  • Ability to understand Mandarin to engage with Chinese-speaking stakeholders during client meetings
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • HubSpot certifications in Marketing Hub, Inbound, CMS, or Sales Hub
  • Prior agency experience or working with B2B clients
  • Familiarity with CRM concepts such as contact lifecycle, deal stages, and lead scoring
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads
  • Experience using tools like Canva, Notion, and Loom for client training and documentation
