Marketing Executive

Weare looking for a creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic. The executive will also be required to work closely with the marketing, curatorial and sales team to create content, manage social media accounts, and analyze metrics to improve our online presence. The candidate must be proficient in social media and email marketing platforms, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Create engaging social media content for the gallery’s various marketing channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, responding to comments, and monitoring metrics.

Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and website traffic.

Manage audiences and disseminate content through the gallery’s adopted email marketing platform.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.

Work with influencers and partners to execute online campaigns for special projects.

Requirements

2-3 years or relevant experience in marketing for the arts.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Knowledge of graphic design and photo/video editing software.

Proven track record of creating engaging social media content and growing social media audiences.

Knowledge of social media algorithms, metrics, and best practices.

Experience with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads and Google Ads is a plus.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality for efficiency.
