Marketing Executive $4.2K (EAA)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage social media strategy and content across platforms, driving engagement and brand growth 
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Manage live streaming (Tiktok, FB,XHS) and short-form video content, including hosting and content creation.
• Drive lead generation and conversion optimisation through full funnel campaigns and user journey improvements.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance and optimise based on insights.
• Support events and marketing activations, including planning, execution, and post event evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing / social media role.
• Proven experience in delivering social media campaigns and social community management for international brands.
• Strong knowledge of content creation and social media channels.
• Passionate about the potential of social live commerce in the new digital retail.
• Proficient in editing video content for digital platforms including cutting, sequencing, subtitling and basic motion graphics using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut and etc.
• Class 3 Driving license is an added advantage.
