Job Description:

Digital Campaign and Management

• Plan, execute and optimise online marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, email and paid advertising.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to the team.

Social Media Management

• Develop and execute social media strategies to build and engage our online community.
• Create and curate compelling content for different social media platforms.

SEO and Content Marketing

• Implement SEO best practices to improve our website's search engine rankings.
• collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality and relevant content.

Email Marketing

• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Work on growing and maintaining our email subscriber list.

Analytics and Reporting

• Utilise analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of all online marketing campaigns.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies accordingly.

Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related fields preferred
• Proven experience in online marketing with a focus on digital campaign management, social media, SEO and email marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organisational, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous with high attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines
• At least 2 years of working experience in related fields preferred
