Marketing Executive

We are looking for a passionate and fun candidate to join our marketing team! You will be directly reporting to the marketing manager and will help to drive the organisation’s marketing campaigns for both ActionCity and POP MART Singapore across all digital and non-digital channels.

You will work closely with the E-commerce, User Experience, Events & Creative Teams as part of our 360 customer service initiatives - where we strive to deliver not just the best products, but also the best customer experience both in retail and online.

As a member of the team, you will get to learn from and work with one of the foremost retailers in the collectible space in as well top IPs, such as tokidoki, Hot Toys, POP MART & Medicom Toy (BE@RBRICK).

Responsibilities

• Report to the Marketing Manager and work with key stakeholders within the organisation to scope, develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive revenue and brand awareness.
• Assist in the development of the local and international marketing strategy.
• Work with the marketing team to curate, create and manage marketing communications across all digital and non-digital channels.
• Track, Measure & Report marketing campaign performance against KPIs.
• Analyse and Optimize campaigns across all channels and make timely recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
• Keep abreast of emerging marketing channels, tools and trends, to stay relevant in the fast-moving consumer marketing environment.
• Support any other marketing activities as required for the organisation.

Job Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, or other relevant fields
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge in retail marketing is a plus
• Knowledge in digital marketing is a plus
• Knowledge with CRMs and Marketing Automation tools is a plus
• Demonstrate keenness and tenacity to learn
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, manage priorities and work efficiently to deliver projects within stipulated timeframe
