Marketing Executive

As a marketing support executive, you will collaborate with brand marketing, business development and sales team in all stages of marketing campaigns execution. You will help to maintain and expand our marketing channels, promote brand awareness, enhance lead generation and engagement activities. While there will be supervision and guidance, the role requires someone who has initiative, creative, eager to learn and willing to try. The role will report to and assist the Brand Marketing Manager in the execution of brand marketing related activities.

Job Descriptions

• Support all brand and marketing related activities, from day-to-day planning, project coordination and implementation of strategic B2B marketing plans to create brand awareness, drive lead generation and engagement. (e.g. social media marketing, email marketing, networking events, trade show & etc)
• Assist to create promotional materials for various distribution channels both online and offline.
• Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management.
• Manage sponsorship activities and corporate gifts preparation.
• Assist to maintain and upgrade company accreditation to enhance company’s competitive edge.
• Perform market analysis and research on competitors.
• Other administrative duties as necessary

Requirements

• Possess at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication/Business Studies or equivalent.
• Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful
• A sociable, diligent, detail-oriented individual with a positive attitude
• Able to work independently and good team player.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office is preferred knowledge and interest in digital marketing and design would be a plus!
• Able to start work immediately.
