Marketing Executive

Job Role:

• Execute marketing projects and manage timelines to meet milestones from production and presentations to revisions and approvals. Work closely with Marketing Manager to realise long-term strategies and plans, and Key Performance Indicators. Aiming to differentiate and elevate Blackwell from the rest of the competitors within the industry, the incumbent will be working closely with all units within the Blackwell Group in a global, fast-paced setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ideation: Contribute well-researched content and marketing ideas that meet the objectives of the project or company during brainstormings with the marketing team.
• Content planning: Prepare monthly content calendars and publish posts according to the approved schedule across Blackwell’s digital channels
• Copywriting: To produce written content such as post copies, web copies, ad copies, EDM copies and meta descriptions
• Performance tracking: Monitor analytics across websites, SEO, online advertisements, and social media platforms. Propose optimisations and compile reports regularly.
• Collaboration: Engage and follow up with designers, other business entities/departments’ stakeholders, and external vendors as necessary to seek feedback, relay project requirements or complete deliverables.­
• Continuous learning: Actively keep up with and share social media/digital/design trends as well as marketing/advertising news and best practices with the team. Learn & leverage new marketing tools, platforms or software, where applicable, to be more efficient.
• Organisation: Neatly archive all files & documents. Refine processes and create templates when needed.
• Participation: To assist Marketing Manager and take part in any offline & online marketing initiatives as directed

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or its equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience
• Experience in Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps and Google Drive/Docs/Slides /Sheets
• Knowledge in SEO, CMS, Campaign Monitor, Canva, and Meltwater & related experience within the financial services industry will be an advantage
• Bilingual in Mandarin preferred
