Marketing Executive / Associate Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Execute and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional channels.

2. Sales and Business Development:

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company business objectives.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including creating and executing social media campaigns.
• Identify and track key performance indicators and provide regular reporting on social media metrics.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key industry contacts.
• Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.

3. Market Research:

• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Analyze market data to identify key trends and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies.

4. Content Creation:

• Contribute to the creation of compelling marketing content, including product/service descriptions, promotional materials, and sales collateral.

5. Event Management:

• Coordinate and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company's products/services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
