Onori is one of Singapore's fastest-growing quick-service Japanese hand roll concepts, serving omakase-inspired, open-style handrolls and premium matcha across our Far East Square and Orchard Gateway outlets. Backed by the Mixes from Mars Group, we're a young, ambitious F&B brand that values craft, speed, and great hospitality — and we're building a marketing team to match.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on, creative Marketing Executive to own and grow Onori's brand presence. This is an end-to-end role — you'll plan, create, film, edit, and publish content, run campaigns, and keep our marketing engine moving across social, web, and paid channels. If you love being both the idea person and the one who makes it happen (camera included), this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Onori's social media channels — plan content calendars, schedule posts, engage the community, and track performance
Propose and develop fresh content concepts that fit the brand and resonate with our audience
Film and edit short-form video and photo content for social media, ads, and campaigns
Appear on camera as part of content (presenting, demos, trends, brand storytelling)
Plan and execute marketing campaigns from concept through to launch and reporting
Maintain and update the Onori website, keeping content and visuals current
Handle design needs across digital and in-store touchpoints (in-house or by briefing designers)
Manage paid advertising — plan, buy, monitor, and optimise ad spend across platforms
Coordinate and manage marketing vendors, agencies, and freelancers
Support day-to-day marketing activities and brand initiatives as needed
Requirements
Strong creative thinking and an eye for content that stands out
Hands-on filming and video editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Comfortable and willing to appear in front of the camera
Prior marketing or content creation experience preferred
A portfolio or reel showcasing your social/video work (preferred — please include with application)
Organised, self-driven, and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
A genuine interest in F&B, food culture, and brand building is a plus
