Marketing Executive cum Graphic Design

The Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Executive (cum Graphic Design) to join our team. You will support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands the local consumer landscape and is passionate about brand storytelling, performance marketing, and with graphic design background.

KeyResponsibilities

• Strategic planning, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (e.g., brand building and awareness, product launches, seasonal promotions).

• Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) – content calendar, copywriting, community engagement, and basic analytics.

• Design social media creatives (Instagram posts, TikTok thumbnails, Facebook ads) focused on sleep tips, product launches, and customer testimonials.

• Create e-commerce visuals for Shopee,Lazada, website, and banner ads.

• Coordinate with agencies for visuals, videos, and ad copies.

• Analyse campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.

• Assist in organising events, pop-ups, or trade activations in Singapore.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights within Singapore and SEA.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Above 5 years of marketing experience.
• Prior successes in brand building and awareness will be advantages.
• Hands-on experience with social media management, content creation, paid ads (Google/Faceboook/TikTok).
• Familiarity with Carousell, Shopee/Lazada campaigns, GrabAds is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to write engaging, localised copy.
• Basic design (Adobe Suite) or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Spark) are advantageous.
