Marketing Executive (Digital Initiatives)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to drive the company's digital presence, online sales growth, and digital transformation initiatives. The role will be responsible for content creation, SEO, website management, e-commerce platforms, and supporting the adoption of AI tools and marketing automation to improve productivity and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Content

• Create and manage content for website, social media, email marketing, and marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage company social media platforms and content calendar.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools.

SEO & Website Management

• Manage and optimise company website content and SEO performance.
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO strategies.
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, and user engagement.
• Work with external vendors where required for website enhancements.

E-Commerce

• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and online catalogues.
• Oversee company e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
• Monitor online sales performance and recommend growth strategies.
• Generate sales and performance reports.

AI & Digital Initiatives

• Support implementation and adoption of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, marketing automation platforms, etc.
• Explore opportunities to improve productivity through automation and AI.
• Train and guide users on basic AI applications where appropriate.
• Keep abreast of digital marketing and AI trends.

Digital Systems & AI Support

• Support administration and maintenance of company website, digital platforms, and e-commerce systems.
• Liaise with external IT vendors on website hosting, domain management, software subscriptions, and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist in implementation and adoption of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power Automate, and CRM automation.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and digital technologies.
• Support integration of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and AI applications.
• Maintain and update digital assets, databases, and online content repositories.

Marketing Support

• Design and coordinate marketing materials, brochures, EDMs, and presentations.
• Support exhibitions, events, and product launches.
• Assist in market research and competitor analysis.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, E-Commerce, IT, or related disciplines.
• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields.
• Experience with content creation, SEO, and website management.
• Exposure to e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopee, Lazada, or similar.
• Familiar with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of website management and CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Canva AI, or marketing automation tools.
• 40% Marketing (Content, SEO, Social Media) , 30% E-commerce and 30% Digital/IT & AI.
