Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and e-commerce platforms.

  • Manage social media content, community engagement, and brand presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and LinkedIn.

  • Develop engaging marketing content including short videos, livestreams, promotional materials, and campaign creatives.

  • Drive online sales growth through effective e-commerce platform management (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok Shop).

  • Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, sales, and customer engagement using marketing analytics and recommend optimization strategies.

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, promotions, and events with internal departments, agencies, and external partners.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners, media agencies, and vendors to maximize campaign effectiveness.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer trend monitoring to identify new business opportunities.

  • Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.

  • Support branding initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, E-commerce, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Social Media Marketing, or Brand Marketing.

  • Hands-on experience managing digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, or similar platforms.

  • Good understanding of social media marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce operations.

  • Experience in content creation, livestreaming, or basic video editing (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop) will be an advantage.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and optimize marketing strategies.

  • Good communication, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Self-motivated, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
