Marketing Executive (Entry Level, Training Provided) #NJH

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support marketing campaigns planning and execution
• Research industry-related topics and preparewell-drafted drafts or copy for social media posts, promotional emails andother marketing collaterals
• Design or assist in the creation of written, video,and image content for marketing channels to advertise our company and products
• Manage social media channels including Instagram,Facebook, Xiao Hong Shu, WeChat, Tik Tok and assist in replying to any customer inquiries
• Ensure the collaterals created are consistent withthe branding guidelines
• Design customer success initiatives, or communityevents like fireside chats for customer engagement through Whatsapp channel
• Plan lead generation events with key partners
• Measure and report the results of marketingcampaigns, social media ads and initiatives
• Assists in any other ad-hoc data entry oradministrative tasks as requested by the management
• Design and lead team in offline marketing efforts(such as banners, pillar ads) and exhibitions

Skills & Qualifications

• Min. Degree in Marketing
• Those without experience are welcome to apply as training provided
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Have business acumen to generate traffic and leads for new business opportunities
• A strong eye for detail and aesthetics according to our brand identity
• Knows how to use Photoshop or Illustrator or photo editing software is a plus
• Knows basic video editing
• Driven, fast learner, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage different projects at once
• High Initiative. Task oriented, Get things done attitude

Location: PLQ / Paya Lebar MRT
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am to 6pm
