💰 Salary: Up to S$4,000/month + Performance Bonus
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (5-day work week)

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in planning and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.

Your responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to attract new customers and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Plan and monitor marketing budgets while evaluating campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
• Support product pricing strategies and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, media partners, vendors, and strategic business partners.
• Coordinate marketing communications across websites, social media, digital advertising, events, and lead generation campaigns.
• Work closely with design agencies to develop marketing materials and support new product launches.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, and digital marketing platforms.
• Support product development, licensing, and accreditation activities with relevant agencies and suppliers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing reports and performance analyses.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to analyse sales forecasts, dealer performance, and product sales trends.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or a related discipline.
• Min 3 years of marketing experience in the home appliance, consumer goods, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of marketing planning, campaign execution, and budget management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
