Marketing Executive (Horticulture Industry)

We're looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to join our growing team and help expand our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Video Editing

• Conceptualize, film, and edit engaging content for various Social Media
• Showcase products, landscaping projects, gardening tips, and sustainability initiatives.
• Develop creative content ideas that align with current trends and marketing objectives

2. Digital Marketing & Advertising

• Assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads (SEM) campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve traffic and conversions.
• Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.

3. E-Commerce & Website Management

• Maintain and update website content and product listings.
• Assist with marketplace platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
• Plan and execute seasonal promotions and online campaigns.

4. Social Media Management

• Create social media content calendars.
• Write engaging captions, blogs, and marketing copy.
• Monitor audience engagement and respond to inquiries where required.

5. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to support business objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and marketing campaign planning.
• For Full-Time hires: mentor and guide marketing interns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media marketing, or related fields.
• Experience with Google Ads / SEM is an advantage.
• Proficient in content creation and video editing tools such as: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or similar editing software
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
