Marketing Executive (Social Media and Digital Marketing)

About Company:

Our client is a Japanese entertainment company producer of collectible card games and trading cards, publisher of mobile apps and games, promotional items and many other venues, which was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in Tokyo

Job Description:

- Managing and update official social media platforms and websites

- Copywriting for social media, website, articles

- Brainstorming and proposing new promotional plans to boost brand image and awareness

- Preparing press releases for announcements

- Managing community outreach such as liaising with KOLs and community leaders

- Manage digital promotion (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

- Develop and adapt promotional plans to align with each product release

- Conduct data analysis from social media, surveys, and ad campaigns to optimize performance

- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent

- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience

- Those with no experience, but having relevant skills and exposure are welcome to apply

- Strong understanding of social media and/or digital marketing platforms

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral

- Proficiency in Japanese would be a plus point, to liaise with Japanese stakeholders, but not essential

- Willingness to learn the trading card games to better promote branding and products

- Familiarity with games, anime or internet culture will be a strong advantage

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and resolve challenges effectively

- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Open to work on occasional weekends/public holidays for Company events when needed

- Open to travel overseas for business trips when required

Compensation:

- Working location: CBD, Singapore

- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.5 hours/day including 1 hour lunch break

- Flexible reporting time to work between 8.30am to 10am; 1 hour lunch break between 11.30am to 2pm
