Marketing Lead (Social Media, Content & Partnerships)

About the role
We need someone outgoing and creative to help our brands online and in the streets — literally. Think: shooting reels on location, spotting trends before they peak, and turning a coffee chat with a cafe owner into a signed event partnership. Fresh graduates welcome — we care more about hustle, creative eye, and follow-through than years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and shoot content out in the field — street interviews, reels, event coverage, cafe/venue collabs
• Run day-to-day social media across brands (IG, TikTok, X/Twitter, and community channels like Telegram/Discord as relevant)
• Spot trending formats/sounds/challenges early and adapt them to our brands to drive virality
• Scout and approach venues/partners (cafes, event spaces, other brands) and close partnership deals — not just pitch, actually get the signature
• Organize and coordinate brand presence at events/pop-ups end-to-end
• Track what's working (views, engagement, follows, deals closed) and double down on it

Must-haves

• Outgoing personality — comfortable approaching strangers, pitching partners, being on camera or directing others on camera
• Genuine feel for social media trends, especially short-form video (Reels/TikTok)
• Fresh graduate or entry-level welcome; what matters is a strong portfolio/personal social presence or demonstrated content instincts
• Can organize logistics for a shoot or event without much hand-holding
• Comfortable initiating and closing conversations with potential partners

Nice-to-haves

• Existing personal following or proven viral content (even personal account)
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere)
• Experience organizing pop-ups, meetups, or small events
