About the Role

The Marketing Manager will take full ownership of IDS Group’s integrated marketing function across three entities — IDS Clinic, IDS Aesthetics, and IDS Skincare. This is a mid to senior leadership role responsible for strategy, campaign execution, digital presence, CRM, agency management, and team development. The ideal candidate brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution ability, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end integrated marketing strategies across IDS Clinic, IDS Aesthetics, and IDS Skincare.
• Lead a team of marketing executives and a CRM specialist to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Manage digital channels, including social media, EDM, SEO, influencer marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, agencies, and external partners.
• Analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and clinic teams to ensure seamless campaign execution across all outlets.

What We Are Looking

• At least 5 years of marketing experience with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing full-funnel digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong command of social media, CRM/EDM, SEO, and marketplace marketing.
• A natural people leader — able to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Commercially minded with a sharp eye for data and campaign ROI.
• Excellent communicator, confident in presenting to management and external stakeholders.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, or skincare is a significant bonus.
