We are looking for a results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our programs, enhance our brand reputation, and achieve our annual student enrollment targets. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is comfortable managing both the "big picture" and the day-to-day execution of digital and offline campaigns.
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with our business goals and student recruitment targets.
Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and events) to generate high-quality leads.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms, including our website, marketing collateral, and social media channels.
Digital Marketing: Oversee SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. Monitor analytics to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the operations/admissions team to ensure seamless lead management and a positive experience for prospective families.
Market Analysis: Conduct regular research on competitors, industry trends, and target audience needs to identify new growth opportunities.
Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget, track expenditures, and provide regular reporting on marketing effectiveness and KPIs.
Vendor Management: Supervise relationships with external agencies, designers, and media partners.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in marketing management, preferably in the education or professional services sector.
Skills:

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.
