MARKETING MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Design and implement integrated marketing strategies to align with overall business objectives and target markets.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital (SEO, social media, email) and traditional channels.
• Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources across channels and measuring the ROI of initiatives.
• Data & Analytics: Collect and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance to optimize future initiatives.
• Team Leadership: Manage, recruit, and mentor marketing staff, while collaborating with external vendors and agencies.
• Market Research: Identify new market opportunities, monitor competitor trends, and analyze customer feedback.
• Product Collaboration: Work closely with product development or sales teams to establish product positioning and successful go-to-market strategies.

Core Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Typically requires 2 to 5+ years of proven experience in marketing roles, including prior leadership or project management experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), along with strong knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and digital analytics platforms.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, strong creative thinking, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

• Able to work weekend and public holiday.
