Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The successful candidate will oversee marketing campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, content creation, and market research activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Manage the company's brand positioning and marketing communications.
• Increase customer engagement and business visibility in online searches through successful SEO and SEM.
• Design, build and maintain the company’s social media accounts.
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of website analytics tools. (e.g, Google analytics & WebTrends).
• Experience insetting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Plan and execute marketing events such as training, roadshow, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Work closely with business partners, other internal stakeholders, external agencies and vendors.
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
• Ensure annual growth plans and financial targets are being met.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
• Any other duties and/or tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Graphic design and content creation skills.
• Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO, and paid advertising platforms
