Marketing Manager

This role will drive student acquisition for all programs across Singapore and will be the custodian and responsible for the marketing initiatives and outcomes across programs and campuses.

Job Description:

• Lead generation and support/reporting activities – including fortnightly reports, managing the media buying agency and monitoring lead generations.
• Managing marketing and recruitment budget – reporting for budgets. Ensuring we stay within our budget, and that procurement procedures are followed and aligned with budgets.
• Social media activations, messaging and support – daily social media posts, meeting with guests, influencers, students, faculty and providing daily social media coverage and messages.
• Developing, arranging and executing marketing campaigns and collateral – working with creative team to create ads to support lead generation activities, assisting the student recruitment team, as well as creatives for social media campaigns, branding and awareness initiatives.
• Events support for recruitment and on-campus events.
• Coverage of on campus events and helping set up events, providing all the collaterals needed for the recruitment team.

Job Requirements:

• MBA/master’s in marketing
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and at least 2 years’ experience in digital
• marketing.
• Hands-on experience in building a well-known brand from scratch, using ATL, TTL and BTL tools.
• Competitive Understanding - Keep a close watch on the competitive landscape of the targeted city.
• Seize opportunities to adapt pricing, talent and business model.
• In depth knowledge of online marketing tools, PPC (Google AdWords, Yahoo Ads,
• Bing Ads and Facebook Ads)
• Excellent Written & Oral Communication and pleasing personality.
• Self-starter & Go-getter, problem solving skills, ability to work with deadlines and targets.
