Job Description - Marketing Manager (Beauty & Aesthetic Industry)

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for the Company's beauty, wellness, and aesthetic services across online and offline platforms
  • Work closely with outlet teams to plan monthly promotions, product launches, and customer acquisition campaigns

Social Media & Digital Advertising

  • Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (RED), and other digital channels
  • Assist in managing digital advertisements including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce platform promotions
  • Manage clinic website and CRM/patient database for retargeting and loyalty campaigns
  • Coordinate influencer/KOL partnerships and manage vendor/agency relationships

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor advertising performance and optimize campaigns for lead generation and sales conversion
  • Track campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Track KPIs including cost per lead, conversion rate, patient lifetime value, and ROI per channel

Branding & Market Intelligence

  • Support branding and marketing efforts to strengthen the Company's image and market presence
  • Conduct market research on beauty and aesthetic industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences
  • Manage PR, media partnerships, and clinic events/roadshows

Compliance

  • Ensure all marketing materials, content, and advertisements comply with MOH's Guidelines on Advertisement of Aesthetic Practices and HSA regulations (no misleading claims, no unauthorized testimonials, no non-compliant pricing promotions for regulated procedures)
  • Route all marketing materials through internal compliance review before publishing

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 4–6 years marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or beauty industry
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare advertising regulations (MOH/HSA)
  • Proficient in social media management, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and XiaoHongShu (RED) marketing
  • Bilingual (English/Mandarin) preferred, to engage both local and Chinese-speaking customer segments
