Plan and execute marketing campaigns for the Company's beauty, wellness, and aesthetic services across online and offline platforms
Work closely with outlet teams to plan monthly promotions, product launches, and customer acquisition campaigns
Social Media & Digital Advertising
Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XiaoHongShu (RED), and other digital channels
Assist in managing digital advertisements including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce platform promotions
Manage clinic website and CRM/patient database for retargeting and loyalty campaigns
Coordinate influencer/KOL partnerships and manage vendor/agency relationships
Performance & Reporting
Monitor advertising performance and optimize campaigns for lead generation and sales conversion
Track campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and provide recommendations for improvement
Track KPIs including cost per lead, conversion rate, patient lifetime value, and ROI per channel
Branding & Market Intelligence
Support branding and marketing efforts to strengthen the Company's image and market presence
Conduct market research on beauty and aesthetic industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences
Manage PR, media partnerships, and clinic events/roadshows
Compliance
Ensure all marketing materials, content, and advertisements comply with MOH's Guidelines on Advertisement of Aesthetic Practices and HSA regulations (no misleading claims, no unauthorized testimonials, no non-compliant pricing promotions for regulated procedures)
Route all marketing materials through internal compliance review before publishing
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
4–6 years marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or beauty industry
Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare advertising regulations (MOH/HSA)
Proficient in social media management, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and XiaoHongShu (RED) marketing
Bilingual (English/Mandarin) preferred, to engage both local and Chinese-speaking customer segments
