Marketing Manager (Wholesale Trade)

Our client is a leading provider of industrial equipment. They are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead brand development and integrated marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, customer engagement, lead generation, and business growth while leading a high-performing marketing team. They are located in the west.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, drive business growth, and achieve marketing objectives.
• Manage branding initiatives and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
• Drive digital marketing activities across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, CRM, and online advertising.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Develop content strategies and oversee the creation of marketing content for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify market trends and business opportunities.
• Support e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and lead generation.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance using digital analytics tools, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to maximise ROI.
• Manage the marketing budget and optimise campaign performance through data-driven decision-making.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team while collaborating closely with sales, product, design, and other cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing related discipline.
• Proven experience in marketing, with strong exposure to digital marketing and integrated campaign management.
• Experience leading marketing teams and managing cross-functional projects.
• Creative, proactive, and results-driven with a passion for continuous improvement.
