The Marketing Officer supports the planning and execution of brand, marketing, and communications initiatives across Stellar Experience businesses, including digital and social media marketing, consumer campaigns, events, and related operational and administrative activities. The role is focused on strengthening brand visibility, enhancing retail and transit experiences, and driving meaningful customer engagement to support overall business growth and corporate objectives.
Responsibilities
Brand and Communications Management
Support the development and execution of brand and communications initiatives for Workstation and Transit Properties Marketing
Ensure all marketing communications are aligned with brand guidelines and messaging
Coordinate the development of marketing collaterals, corporate presentations, communication materials and sales kits to support business development and outreach initiatives
Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Transit Properties Marketing
Support the planning and execution of B2C and B2B campaigns to drive consumer engagement by developing marketing initiatives including consumer campaigns, tenant promotions, and station activations in conjunction with commuter engagement team
Coordinate tenant participation in marketing campaigns and engagement programmes
Liaise with tenants, leasing teams, and station operations teams to facilitate campaign execution and promotional activities
Assist in the planning and execution of customer engagement events experiential activations within transit spaces
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Provide marketing support for short-term lease fairs, including coordination with relevant teams for event materials, publicity, and on-site marketing needs.
Social Media Management
Manage content planning, scheduling, and publishing across assigned social media platforms
Develop engaging content to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and community growth
Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports with recommendations for improvement
Respond to enquiries and comments where required, in accordance with company guidelines.
EDM and Website Management
Manage the end-to-end deployment of EDM campaigns, including content coordination, scheduling, testing, and reporting
Maintain and update website content to ensure information is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business objectives
Monitor EDM and website performance metrics and recommend improvements to optimise engagement and conversion.
Administrative Support
Maintain organised filing of supporting documents for audit and reporting purposes
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team and assist with stakeholder coordination
Manage procurement processes, including PR/PO submissions, invoice processing, and vendor liaison
Track budget utilisation to support accurate monitoring of marketing spend
Liaise with Finance on claims, payments, and reconciliations for marketing-related expenses
Support any other ad hoc requests and tasks as assigned to ensure smooth departmental operations and alignment with business needs.
Qualifications & Work Experience
Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Events Management, or a related field.
Candidates with 1–2 years of marketing, communications, digital, retail marketing, or campaign management experience are preferred.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Organisational Skills: Ability to manage campaign deliverables, administrative tasks, and documentation efficiently.
Communication Skills: Professional and clear written and verbal communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in asset collection and filing processes.
Team Player: Wiilingness to support on-site activities during campaign-related events and activities. Collaborative mindset to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of campaign execution, digital marketing principles and familiarity with EDM platforms Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or equivalentCreative and strategic thinking to drive results and brand visibility
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for tracking and reporting.
