This role is central to driving operational excellence across our client's global marketing initiatives. We are seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to ensure the seamless execution of marketing workflows, facilitate efficient cross-regional communication, and meticulously track and validate marketing performance metrics. You will serve as a key organizational hub, keeping multi-regional stakeholders aligned and data-driven initiatives on track.
Global & Regional Coordination: Support and participate in global/regional marketing meetings; capture structured action items and drive accountability by following up on timelines with international stakeholders.
Marketing Operations & Support: Coordinate, document, and track marketing requests across specialized teams (Design, Media, Regional Hubs) while maintaining comprehensive internal records and workflow documentation.
Performance Tracking & Data Validation: Collect and consolidate regional marketing data; rigorously validate metrics for accuracy (e.g., FTD, ROI, conversion funnels) and flag discrepancies for internal reporting.
Budget & Activity Monitoring: Maintain precise tracking logs of regional marketing budgets, campaign spending, and concurrent global marketing activities.
Administrative & Logistics Execution: Manage the logistics and coordination of marketing materials, ensuring all administrative requests are handled smoothly.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or a closely related corporate function.
Data Literacy: Highly comfortable working with data, including strong proficiency in Excel, performance reporting, and data tracking tracking.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, and follow up effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams.
Organizational Precision: Superior attention to detail, structured thinking, and a strong background in managing complex, moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Context: Relevant industry experience or highly transferable skills from related fast-moving sectors is a distinct advantage.
