Marketing Program Manager

Our client is a leading Multinational Social media company.

Job Responsibilities

• Help manage marketing projects communicating company’s priority solutions to our business audiences, ranging from businesses to partners, agencies and more.
• Responsibilities can range from supporting development of new marketing programs and projects, sales collateral as well as optimizing existing campaigns and activations
• Manage budget and/or project tracking including timeline management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (including Creative, Communications, Digital, Product Marketing, and more) to deliver on project milestones.
• Help deliver overall program measurement and results, leveraging APAC learnings to support 2024 program planning.
• Running of the events (speakers, content development, event programming, delivery and follow ups)
• Communicate up/down/across the organization to ensure transparency, alignment, and advocacy.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent
• Min 5-7 years’ experience in Marketing, Agency, Event or Program management
• Experience in working for matrix organizations & ability to win the support of key internal and external cross stakeholders.
• Experience in managing projects and marketing executions effectively.
• Ability to navigate matrix organization and manage global/regional/local stakeholders independently or with minimal support.
• Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop experience preferable but not essential
• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with peers and managers, both internally and externally across a variety of disciplines
